Already Built ("we," "us") designs and hosts websites for local businesses. We keep data collection minimal and we don't sell your information. This policy explains what we collect, why, and your choices.
What we collect
- Information you send us. When you request a demo, fill in a form, or email us, we receive what you choose to share, typically your name, email, business name, website, business type, and any message.
- Privacy-friendly analytics. We use cookieless, aggregate analytics (via Vercel) to understand general traffic such as page views. It does not use cookies, does not track you across sites, and does not build a profile of you.
- Payment information. If you become a customer, payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details; Stripe handles them under its own security standards.
- Basic technical data. Like most websites, our hosting may log standard request data (such as IP address and browser type) for security and reliability. We don't use it to identify you.
How we use it
To respond to you, build and maintain your website, process payments you authorize, keep the service secure, and improve what we offer. We do not sell your information, and we don't send marketing you didn't ask for.
Who we share it with
Only the service providers we need to operate, each acting on our behalf under their own privacy terms:
- Vercel — website hosting and cookieless analytics.
- Stripe — payment processing.
- Resend — sending transactional emails (such as your welcome email).
- Web3Forms — delivering the contact/demo form you submit to our inbox.
We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights and safety. We never sell or rent your personal information.
How long we keep it
We keep the information you send us only as long as we need it to respond, provide the service, and meet legal or accounting obligations. You can ask us to delete it at any time (see below).
Security
We use reputable providers and reasonable measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to keep your data safe.
Your choices & rights
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the information you've shared, or to stop contacting you, by emailing neil@alreadybuilt.studio. Depending on where you live (for example, California or the EU/UK), you may have additional rights over your personal data, and we'll honor those requests as the law requires.
Cookies
Our marketing site does not use tracking cookies, and our analytics are cookieless. If this ever changes, we'll update this page and ask for consent where required.
Children's privacy
Our service is for businesses and is not directed to children. We don't knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Where data is processed
We're based in the United States, and our providers may process data there. By using the service, you understand your information may be handled in the U.S.
Changes
We may update this policy. We'll post the new date above and, for material changes, make it clear. Continued use means you accept the update.
